Freelance UI Designer — Component Library, Search UI, Responsive Execution
Gogo Wireless needed a full redesign of their consumer and business website, covering passenger connectivity, airline partnerships, careers, support, and media. I joined the project as a freelance UI designer for a one-month engagement, picking up Sketch in two days to match the team's workflow, then moving quickly from footer components into the site's most complex piece: a multi-category search system surfacing consumer content, business materials, articles, media, and images across a single interface.
What I Contributed
The creative director ran a tight, high-precision operation. Every component had to be pixel perfect before it moved forward. I built out UI from UX blueprints across multiple page types, contributed to the responsive component library, and handled search UI states across categories and breakpoints. The work is clean, systematic, and still holds up visually.
Employing responsive design principles ensured optimal performance across devices, catering to the business and consumer sides.
