Sanofi needed a way to educate hematologists about how Efanesoctocog Alfa works at a molecular level without losing them in clinical data. The solution was a gamified quiz built around drag and drop interactions, slider scale questions, multiple choice, and an animated progress system that rewarded completion. The goal was retention, not just awareness.
I was the sole designer on the project from concept through QA handoff, completed within a one month design timeline. That included the full UI system, all interactive states across breakpoints, and the original illustrations of every molecular component except the Efanesoctocog Alfa structure itself. A structured Figma component library made it possible to design responsively at speed without sacrificing consistency.
The existing brand system was rigid and the visual language was not built for an interactive experience. The challenge was applying enough design craft on top of the constraints to make the interface feel polished and rewarding to use, while staying within what the client could approve. Delivered on time. Client was happy. The quiz went live.
